I know there’s no formula for moving forward—but I also know what it’s like to wish there was. Sometimes, the next step doesn’t come through action. It comes through permission—to pause, to not know yet, to soften instead of strive. When I feel stuck, I ask myself a few gentle questions that help me listen—not to urgency, but to what’s true in my spirit and body. It’s not about having the answer. It’s about making space to hear where God might be leading next.

In this reflection, I share the foundational truth that keeps me grounded: I am 100% about Jesus. I believe that when we turn our hearts toward Him, He doesn’t stay at a distance—He meets us right in the middle of our ache, our searching, our questions. So often, we reach outward to the world for answers, only to end up feeling more lost. But I’ve learned that Jesus is the One who gently untangles the grief, doubt, and fear we carry. In Syrup to the Soul, I invite you to open your heart to Him—not to strive for perfection, but to let His presence pour into your life like nourishment for every weary part of your soul. This isn’t about religion or performance. It’s about encountering a living Savior who sees you, knows you, and lovingly reshapes your life from the inside out. Whether you’re walking through loss, overwhelm, or simply need to feel held, my prayer is that you experience the sweetness of Jesus in a way that changes everything.
